“ I do not want my trauma to be the defining factor of me, because that gives the people who caused it power over my successes. I want it to be my resilience; I find that to be the most beautiful thing about myself. Each painting is simply a reminder of the strength I possess and a product of the love I was shown that helped get me through whatever life had to throw at me. So that is the intention set behind every piece I create, to act as a vessel of love for anyone who may need it.”
